Windows Explorer seems to default to the "Default" internet shortcut icon when a folder is displyed in the Tile view. I say that because I assigned an icon to an HTML document and also to an Internet Shortcut. When I switch to a Tile view, the icon for the HTML document displays correctly, but the icon assigned to the Internet shortcut changes to the default icon for Internet Shortcut.
